Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Australian and New Zealand Bricks and Mortar as well as online stockists. Freight is individually calculated with our trusted courier services to offer stockists the most economical freight option available to us.

How do I apply to be a stockist?

We try our best to ensure that all of our stockists are well suited to our brands. Simply email us at hello@rhinorhino.com.au and we will answer back with a set of questions to ensure that we are a good match!

What’s the minimum order amount?

Each brand has its own minimum order amount and each product has its specific minimum order quantity. Please email us at hello@rhinorhino.com.au to find out more.

What is your warranty process?

If you or your customer believes that a product is faulty or damaged, and the product has been purchased in the last 12 months, simply email us on hello@rhinorhino.com.au with the receipt, description/photos/videos detailing the fault or damage and one of our team members will get back to you. Once the product has been assessed to be faulty/damaged due to production, we will organise to replace it with a new one.

What if some of my order is out of stock

Your 'out of stock' items will be placed on backorder and be delivered once the stock arrives.  If we can’t deliver any item you will be informed by email.

What are the terms of payment?

Payment is required prior to the shipment of goods.  A pro-forma invoice will be issued to facilitate this. 

For all items on backorder, we require a 50% deposit to secure the order.
